The foreign advisor said that there will be no major change in the relationship between Bangladesh and the United States because Donald Trump of the Republican Party was elected as the US President. Touhid Hossain.
He made this comment while talking to journalists at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday.
He said, ‘It is not right to think that there will be any major change in our relationship with the Trump administration. The relationship between the two countries is not based on any particular party.
The advisor said, ‘I will not guess. We will observe the first two months. Then we will see what steps the Trump administration takes. Based on this, we will work with the United States.’
He said, ‘The relationship between Bangladesh and the United States does not depend on any party. The aspects of the relationship between the two countries that were discussed with the Biden administration were also discussed with the previous administration of Trump.
